As a homeowner of 29 years, I learned how to make my own repairs and knew they had to be reliable and long lasting to save myself the (sometimes) aggravation of having less than quality work done for hard earned money. That's the level of work I've done for others as well. I formulate a workable solution that lasts. Just be save you some time, I don't do plumbing work. There are too many people who are good at it for me to embarrass myself working to figure it out. Thank you for your time.
