FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to base my work off of an hourly rate. However; once on-site or via our first verbal communications I prefer to give a more accurate, fixed price, quote so they may better understand the overall cost of any given project. In some cases, you have to get into an hour or two worth of work to fully understand the scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their wants and needs, Provide them with options and explain the pros and cons of each, Commence work to be performed, Communicate any changes, obstacles, or timelines along the way, Walk through the completed project, explain any details or functions, Thank them and ensure them I am always a phone call away if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly hands-on when it comes to the trades. When it comes to kitchen and bath design, I have completed many classes and coursework throughout the years. Always thrive for knowledge, I keep up to date with new products, applications, and technologies.
