My name is William and I am here to help with all your house repair needs. I am a Retired Detective with the NYPD and recently moved to Florida. After requesting several quotes I quickly became frustrated with people not showing up to do the work and the unprofessionalism. I want to get the job done for you right the first time and treat your home with the utmost respect.

William responded very quickly with an online response and telephone call after I needed work done. He was very personal and polite; kept in touch and arrived promptly on the days work was to be done. I had some plumbing problems corrected and a cracked wall repaired and ready for painting. He completed work to my satisfaction and was willing to assist with some other issues that were encountered. I will definitely call on him again for repairs and in fact have referred him to a relative.

Will did a great job of repairing my drywall, he helped me fix the sink and put some furniture together. He communicated well, was on time and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend
William has completed several projects for me including caulking, tile repair, electrical re-work, and painting. He truly treats each project as if it were his own home. Always responsive, punctual and tries to ave me money. He is a genuine treasure.

Having moved in to a home that is in need of some updating, I have struggled to find a handyman that is honest, takes pride in his work product, and actually completes the work. Unfortunately, I have had people come in to my home, leave in the middle of a project, overcharge, not complete a project, and, do an extremely poor job.
How fortunate am I to have had the honor to meet William. From the moment he stepped in to my home, I sensed his willingness to assist me. He offered multiple solutions and ideas for my projects; it was quickly apparent that William was someone whom I could trust.
William arrived on time; worked quickly; and cleaned up after himself. His work is impeccable; my finished projects look lovely and breathe some new life in to this 38 year old home!
William approaches his personal life as he does his professional one; he is a man of integrity. The respect and care with which he treats his clients is the same with which he treats his family and lives his life. The world we live in today is so vastly different; yet William clearly has a moral compass, values, and pride. I thank you, William for your outstanding work, and the pleasure has been all mine.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are industry standard. I try to give a fare price to customers so that everyone is happy. The quality of work I provide surpasses the price that I charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first start with a lead from a customer. The next step would be to contact the client and assure them I’ve read what the job entails and ask if they would prefer a phone call, text or message within the Thumbtack app. I then set up an appointment to come to estimate the job and thoroughly go over the repair or installation process with the client. After everything is discussed I then email the customer an invoice with photos and begin the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken many workshop classes to perfect my craft. I have many years of experience and I am constantly trying new techniques to advance my craft.
