What I liked about Damn Good is that they went the extra mile. They knew we were first time homebuyers and took the time to teach us things about the home we were interested in purchasing. Fred even pointed out to us where water valves were, any type of switch was, and how to handle it moving forward. They also gave us an extremely thorough report in under 24 hours.
