MiziMaids is a very well run and professional company. Susan, the owner, is very thorough and articulate in explaining what is included and then detailing each step of the process and how it will be executed. Extras can then be discussed if desired and what the additional charge will be leaving no surprises for either party. That is exactly how an honest and reputable organization should be run. Susan hits the target dead-on. The two ladies Susan had sent to do a "Deep-Clean" at our house were additionally as professional while maintaining smiles on their faces the entire time they were here. They cleaned everything from ceiling fan blades to baseboard moldings, from shower tiles to the inside of the oven, and just about everything in-between. Many things we would have never thought to do. It was quite the experience. Upon completion the house even smelled clean with very nice subtle scents. The following day Susan did a post-cleaning phone call to make sure everything met or exceeded our expectations and if not, was ready to send people back to make sure it did. Needless to say we did not need a follow-up house call as all the boxes were checked the first time. MiziMaids has earned the privilege to be our now "go-to" cleaning company.

even though I did not hire them, I spoke quite a bit with Susan and she was very candor and told me exactly what would happen. she was persistent about the first clean being a deep clean which my apartment really doesn't need. so that was part of the reason that I passed on their service. it was not the only reason but it was the first primary reason
