even though I did not hire them, I spoke quite a bit with Susan and she was very candor and told me exactly what would happen. she was persistent about the first clean being a deep clean which my apartment really doesn't need. so that was part of the reason that I passed on their service. it was not the only reason but it was the first primary reason

I lost much of the year to all that fighting BC entails- finished upand my house was in dire straits- i read a brief synopsis about MiziMaids and liked it enough to book a move out per the online format, very user friendly btw, I confirmed-and MM sent 2 very organized and very professional young women who got right to it and also endured the entire time, 1 dog barking every time they moved- the standard operating procedures are solid and they are NOT clock watchers or milkers .floor to ceiling, blinds to baseboards, I was there the entire time and it was an impressive and very clean finish to a big job!!! Priced reasonably, very communicative- worth it in every capacity!!!
