- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give discounts to Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recieve a call or e-mail, we schedule a walk thru or give an estimate over the phone based on the details you provide about your home and what you are looking for. If you want to move forward we schedule a cleaning date and time. We arrive on time with all nessasary equipment and start cleaning right away. We walk through your home with you to make sure you are COMPLETELY satisfied with the outcome of our service and if needed fix what your not happy with. We write you a receipt at the time of payment and we schedule your next service.
