- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an easy to use algorithm based approach to pricing to form a baseline and then we ask a basic series of questions to formulate a unique pricing offer for your unique situation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very simple. We will either be able to quote over the phone or in certain cases need a site visit. Once we know what we're up to, our technology stack allows our clients an effortless relationship where text messages alert them when their cleaner is on the way, arriving and departing. We follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and stay in communication during the life cycle to make sure the experience is what it is meant to be - an improvement to quality of life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. I am not only the proprietor of a pretty cool cleaning company in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, Lake County FL - but I am also a working professional in artificial intelligence. I have also had a long career in managing businesses in creative fields like live events, film and continue to work in those spaces today. This unique background gives me a lens that few others will have. I understand people, how to curate great teams and lead them to perform at exceptional levels in even stressful environments, I understand business at all levels and how to drive customer satisfaction. I also understand the creative process and how cleaning, yes, is an art!
