Team is very fast in responding to our request. Though they were busy with other projects they were able to visit us and analyze the issue and were able to quickly identify the root cause. Thankfully it was not the roof. It was the penetrations that needed a proper sealing and they explained to us how that is causing our issue. No, it was late afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised when they said they can do the project the same day as it was late afternoon, they were able to start and complete the project within a few hours. Really appreciate the team's effort in accommodating our mini project.

Called in the morning, and they arrived in the afternoon and evaluated the situation with my roof, then applied the fix all in the same day. They used a drone and those Ray Ban sunglasses to provide real-time images of what they fixed. That was a great way to apply tech into the process.

Mattew Metlow was incredibly responsive and courteous answering my questions and providing me a competitive quote. His staff did an excellent job today on the shingle repair. Repair came with a 1-year warranty

When I spoke with the owner of Service Roofing , he came to my home to do an evaluation. I knew there will be a lot of repairs, but the owner took the time to walk me through each repair that was crucial to say the least. He contacted his lead person that same day and had him come by. Together we created a plan on how Service Roofing Would tackle the repairs. I needed soffits replaced, the front posts columns had damage that could not be seen. Mr. Metlow went above and beyond with the repairs. He was there talking with me and encouraging me because I had a major meltdown. They also painted the outside of my home and the trimming. When they finished, my home looked totally different and new. I wish I had pictures to add to this, but Mr. Metlow has them but I can tell you he and his team did wonders for my home and I’m truly grateful I found him through Thumbtack
