- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the size of your home, with a minimum service fee of $144. There are no travel fees, and we provide upfront estimates before any work begins. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, and appliance cleanings may have additional costs depending on the condition and scope. We also offer up to 25% off for recurring services such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by providing a free quote remotely, based on the details you share about your home. On cleaning day, our team arrives on time and gets right to work. If you prefer we use your own cleaning products, just leave them on the kitchen counter and we’ll be glad to use them. Since quotes are done remotely, prices may be adjusted if the home’s condition or size differs from the information provided. After every cleaning, we follow up to make sure you’re completely satisfied and to ensure our quality always meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are insured and carefully interviewed to ensure top-quality service and professionalism. Our team has developed strong cleaning skills through years of hands-on experience, learning what works best in real homes and businesses. We specialize in all types of cleaning, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out services.
