I’m flexible and reliable. Conscientious about my work, and will do every lawn like I would my own. Willing to help with odds and ends if needed. I prefer to be paid upon completion of each service - you get what you paid for and I get paid for what I've done. I've spoken with several people who have had problems with providers that have monthly payment arrangements. I travel to the south Sarasota county area approximately 1 to 2 times per month to service the yard of my fiance's mother and a couple of her friends. Although I can be available to provide services in the area, advanced notice would be preferred, and would only be avaialable bi-weekly at the maximium.
