Introduction: We are your event partner and can handle as much as you need including adding the creative process to your planning. We do as little or as much as you ask. We offer catering from small bites to delicious meals: Americana, BBQ, Italian, Brunches, our OG "world's best coffee" Coffee Bar and more. For public events, we offer concessions including cotton candy, popcorn, nachos, hotdogs, slushies, freshly squeezed lemonade, specialty lemonades and iced tea. We can "plus" your event with our 2 story high inflatable outdoor movie screen- movie night, giant video games, you name it. Inflatables, climbing wall, character visits. Audio-Video rentals too! We love smiles and moments that last forever. We enjoy giving families and communities an event that they can remember forever. We take much pride in our planning and creative process and consider our clients great partners in creating magical moments.

We had a great experience working with Scott Chevalier at CYM Productions. He was transparent about the costs and kept in regular communication leading up to the event to ensure that everything would be ready for his arrival and set up so that we would have a good movie watching experience. We ended up with an unusually cold night which meant Scott had to keep an extra close eye on the screen, and he handled everything wonderfully and with a positive and friendly attitude. I highly recommend working with CYM Productions!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally begin by meeting with potential customers to determine what they are trying to accomplish. Once we identify the direction and goals for the event, we make suggestions on elements to help achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is the best teacher...we have had the pleasure of working with schools, the Nashville Predators, and many local folks in Middle Tennessee.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home owner associations,corporations, churches, city government, parks and recreation, college and university, schools and local civic groups
