- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is per session. The rates become discounted by working out more times per week. 2x week is cheaper per session and 3x week is even more cheaper per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, after we have decided to move forward with services, I like to sit down with the customer and discuss fitness goals, take measurements, take Before pics. Then I will discuss the workout plan that we will come up with together. Once we have agreed upon the workout plan, we schedule when to start and get to accomplishing those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as an ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach. I also, am a USATF Level 1 Certified Track Coach.
