Tristan was very good about communicating with me. That was even more important to me than usual, because I was trying to surprise my husband with a freshly pressure-washed house, and I was (and still am) on a tight budget. Tristan acknowledged my concerns and provided me with solutions that would allow me to do everything I wanted (including surprise my husband). The whole thing involved his providing me an estimate from dimensions that I provided to him via text/chat, his being willing to work in Orlando, his being willing to work at my home while my husband and I were at work, and his providing me a solution by which I could pay him after the job was done instead of leaving a check at my house for him prior to performing work. He sent me a text when he was on the way to the house, and accommodated the fact that I didn't get much stuff moved off of the walls prior to his visit. He sent me a text when he was finished, and that was before my husband and I were on the way home. He and his coworker did a nice job, and it is apparent that he cares about a job well done, because he contacted me that evening to ensure there were no problems. I'd recommend him for his communication/responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality (although we did not set a time for the job to start), and value of the service for a reasonable price.
