- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a very fair management fee which includes light bulbs, batteries and monthly a/c filters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make it very easy on our owners, we do all the work. We will come to your home and take photos and do an inspection. We will add your home to our website and put it on many channels for marketing. We will license your vacation rental if needed and supply the owners with monthly financial statements and revenue checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a licensed property management company with over 27 years of experience. We keep up with the trends by attending trade shows and conventions.
