I cannot say enough great things about Joseph and Cabana Construction!
Joseph has completed three different projects for me, and every single one exceeded my expectations.
First, he extended my paver patio, and the finished result blended seamlessly with the existing patio. The workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail was obvious throughout the entire process.
Second, he cleaned and sealed my entire patio. What a difference! My pavers look brand new again, and the finished product completely transformed the appearance of my outdoor space.
Most recently, Joseph installed new sod in my front yard. He properly prepared the area, leveled the ground, and laid the sod with precision. The lawn looks beautiful, healthy, and professionally installed.
What impressed me most was Joseph’s professionalism, reliability, honesty, and communication. He showed up when he said he would, kept me informed throughout each project, and took pride in his work. Finding a contractor who is dependable and truly cares about customer satisfaction can be difficult, but Joseph is exactly that.

My wife and I hired Joseph for a major brick paver repair job for our backyard. The root systems of two tree stumps had begun to seriously damage our pavers. Joseph did an absolutely incredible job at removing and preserving the existing pavers which allowed us to remove the tree stumps. With the stumps removed, Joseph went back and not only cleared and repaired the entire paver but also was able to beautifully lay the pavers again. He even went above and beyond and created a fire pit within the paver area for my wife and I. This job was full of adversity, and plenty of obstacles. Throughout the entire process Joseph clearly communicated with us and did everything in his power to bring us an extremely high quality job. My wife and I could not be more satisfied with how everything came out!

Our experience with Joseph from beginning to end was very smooth. He provided us with options and as much detail as possible. Called on a Sunday & Joseph came out same day. He was Professional & knowledgeable. He quickly addressed how he would repair parts of the Stone Veneer around our porch that needed tuckpointing & repair existing cracks & gaps.
