Horrible service provided. We requested 15 security guards and only 12 showed up and 4 of those left and we ended up with 7. Then the owner lied about how many people were still there. The owner hired a guest that was attending the event while the event was in progress and the person was from off the street and he had him covering our VIP Area. The owner left the event and the guy was looking for payment and started telling all the workers and staff what happened. The security guards were sitting down or on their phones most of the event. 3 of the guards were awesome including the person that was hired at the event but it was the principal of just picking anyone to work and no screening. I spent more time babysitting Security than being able to help oversee the event. Then the owner had the audacity to get mad with me when he had 3 months to prepare for the event and we had a signed contract. I will never use the app again. Not true ratings.
