FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Transparency: Clear breakdown of what's included in the price and any potential additional fees. 2. Value for Money: Services that meet or exceed expectations, ensuring the pool is well-maintained and sparkling clean. 3. Consistency: Reliable, scheduled visits and consistent quality of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Conversation – I start by learning about the customer’s pool, any issues they’re having, and what type of service they’re looking for. 2. On-Site Visit & Assessment – I come out to inspect the pool, equipment, water balance, and overall condition. This helps me understand exactly what the pool needs. 3. Service Recommendation – Based on the assessment, I recommend the best service package, explain what’s included, and go over pricing with full transparency. 4. Customer Approval – Once the customer is comfortable with the plan, we pick a service day that works best for them. 5. Startup Service – I perform the first service, which may include a deep clean or chemical adjustment to get the pool in the best starting condition. 6. Weekly Service Routine – From there, I show up consistently each week, take care of everything included in their package, and keep them updated on the pool’s condition. 7. Ongoing Communication – If anything changes, if equipment needs attention, or if the customer has questions, I’m always reachable and typically respond within an hour.
