We were working with another pool company who came weekly to service our pool. Despite weekly visits, our pool was often times unusable, being cloudy or chemically unbalanced. Eventually it was just always green. We always had to buy chemicals to try to get our pool swimable. So on top of paying a monthly pool maintenance bill, we were spending a bunch of money on chemicals (at his instruction). I contacted Sunrise Pool Care and got a quick response and quote. They came out a week later and within a day and a half, my pool was blue again! They came out 3 times in the first week to make sure our pool was on the mend when our prior pool guy only came once a week no matter how bad he left our pool. We now get an email with all the details on chemicals used and their readings along with what was done. So happy so far!

Sunrise Pool Care, LLC did a great job installing a new pump. They were responsive, and professional from start to finish. There was a slight challenge in fitting the new pump into place due to new pump being larger than the old one, but Lucas made it work.
