We tried but we can not book a home that has the utilities shut off. Its unfortunate how you have taken advantage of the services that a property management co provides and has left without paying for services provided. Name calling and degrading comments are not our way of doing business nor should anyone ever stoop to such level when doing business, we did not participate in your bashing. Taking the hi road and bowing out of this situation and I wish you the best of luck. From what I see you have done this to your past management co and you will do it again. Basically going from co to co using them for their services and then leaving them without payment.
Connie and her team are courteous and professional. They stepped in to help us on short notice when another management company abandoned their services. We are appreciative of Rent Sunny Florida and are comforted to know that our property is in good hands with them. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a very fair management fee which includes light bulbs, batteries and monthly a/c filters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make it very easy on our owners, we do all the work. We will come to your home and take photos and do an inspection. We will add your home to our website and put it on many channels for marketing. We will license your vacation rental if needed and supply the owners with monthly financial statements and revenue checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a licensed property management company with over 27 years of experience. We keep up with the trends by attending trade shows and conventions.
