FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal with this business is to grow it into something that can support ministry work, so I aim to keep pricing fair, honest, and accessible while still delivering high-quality craftsmanship. I believe people shouldn’t have to choose between affordability and work that’s done right. I’m upfront about pricing, focus on long-term solutions, and make sure the value is clear before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening and understanding what the customer needs and what issues they’re experiencing. From there, I assess the project, explain my recommendations, and outline the best long-term solution. Once we’re aligned, I schedule the work, show up when promised, and complete the job with attention to detail. I always aim to leave the space better than I found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world work. I’ve learned through renovating my own home, working on a wide range of projects, and continuing to educate myself on proper methods, materials, and best practices. Every project adds to my skill set, and I’m always focused on doing things the correct way—not shortcuts.
