- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For now, I don’t add rate increases for gear I already own. If I have it, let’s use it! If I need to rent or purchase gear, then rates do change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, Find out what they are looking for and decide the best way to accomplish their goals. We use different camera equipment like drones, gimbals, prime lenses, sliders, steadicams. And, we can put on our binoculars and see how we can help, down the road ..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in electronics.. So, I first learn my equipment and what it can do.. Secondly, My background in tv news has taught me to make slot, be organized, listen & observe for capturing the right moments and capture the best footage that will engage the viewers.
