Hired on Thumbtack

I went with this company because they had the better price, I booked a date via Thumbtack and they agreed but then wrote me day of, to say they couldn't make it and reschedule. No biggie, but on the rescheduled appointment there was a call ahead that I was not aware of, I missed their call while I was home waiting, so they decided not to show up. I called to find out what happened, they educated me on the call ahead, and said they would call back to reschedule, fine. I did not receive a call back, so I booked another appointment via Thumbtack to no avail, then I called and also to no avail. So I write this review to share my experience, Thank you MSE Installers, LLC for the unfortunate opportunity.

I am always willing to negotiate my prices. Before we start we require 1/3 down, and 1/3 during then final payment once project is completed to Home Owners Satisfaction!

Getting to know the customers wants and needs to get the project done in a timely and professional manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing for over 5 years now. From the PGA setting up for tournaments to Home Improvement companies.
