As a disabled veteran, I take my reviews seriously, especially when it comes to service in my home. I hired two plumbers on Thumbtack. The first one arrived with excuses. He stood in my bathroom for hours, never pulled the toilet, and told me to call the county. He claimed he couldn’t locate the exterior cleanout and had me walking around the yard with him, wasting time. Even when I pulled up the blueprints to my home, he didn’t know how to read them. He left without fixing a thing, and my bathroom still smelled like raw sewage.
The next day, I booked Petrillo’s Plumbing Services, and the experience was completely different. He arrived prepared and professional. Not only did he understand the blueprint, but he also knew exactly where the cleanout should be based on the location of the bathroom. He walked straight out to the spot and found it with no hesitation.
After attempting the cleanout and the shower drain, he removed the toilet and ran 75 feet of 7/8 inch industrial cable through the line to clear the blockage. He replaced the wax ring, installed new bolts, sealed the toilet with caulk, and ran water through every bathroom fixture for over 20 minutes to ensure everything was working correctly.
He charged a flat rate of 450 dollars. There were no upsells, no scare tactics, and no mess left behind. Just skilled, professional work backed by a one-year warranty.
If you want someone who shows up, knows what they are doing, and respects both your time and your home, call Petrillo’s Plumbing Services. I would absolutely hire him again

Confirmed arrivals, on time, explained the work to be done and did it professionally. I was seriously prepared to just have exposed pipes in a bedroom to solve an AC issue, but he cut the drywall out straight and even and ran the pipes properly, then patched back up the entire area. So much happier he knew what to do right! Would definitely hire again and recommend!
