- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation is FREE! Services are based on a flat rate fee with a contingency of being charged an additional fee for specific details, sudden inflation and or delivery fees going beyond initially agreed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a meet and greet via phone or in person first to get to know each other. This is a temporary relationship and we want to make sure our views and understanding of your cake/baked good match. It will involve talking about a contract, budgets, ideas, location, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Event Management from Johnson & Wales University (Well-known Culinary School). A lot of my training has come from practicing in my mothers or my very own kitchen. I am a self-taught baker who has always loved baking.
