Second time using Mike and his crew. Excellent all aroundJun 6, 2018Verified
Mike and his crew were terrific. They helped with paint selection moved all my furniture and did a top-knotch painting job. Perfect lines. They took all the blinds and shelves down before painting and left the house clean and in good order every day. Mike even helped us build shelves, hang pictures, and even put my husband's scooter carrier together. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend them to do your next paining project. They know what they're doing and they price the job right. Excellent service, they did everything they said they would, and more.Mar 10, 2017VerifiedPutnam Painting & Pressure Washing's reply
This review just goes to show you we are willing to go the extra mile to give you that smile as you can see here. I was happy to help out with the shelves and your scooter trailer too. It was all my pleasure for sure. And I would gladly do it again over and over too. thank you very much! Mike and The Putnam Painting Crew.
Although a few mistakes, it was more than made up for by Mike's willingness to correct and go the extra mile. Highly recommend.Feb 21, 2018VerifiedPutnam Painting & Pressure Washing's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I like to call my pricing system The fair system. it works out well for the customer and it works out for me and my guys equally. I charge by the room instead of by the ft. I like to charge by the room. And how much cutting in there will be. And the extras like base boards, and trim and doors, and ceilings too. It's a by the job, the amount of work there is and how long it will take to get done. Easy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Give them what they want and then some. Always be polite. And always let them know how much we appreciate the work. And I always keep them posted of what we are doing and when. I like to keep them informed. It let's them know they don't have to worry because I am on top of my game. And it teaches them what we are doing at the same time. It gives them a better understanding of what we actually do to get the job done, and done right. Compared to when we come across bad workmanship we have to point that stuff out. It's our job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A natural talent for what ever I put my mind to. And a good business mind. And I like to think I am a people person.
