- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Getting the information from a potentially new clients is always great since we can not see exactly what needs to be done so pricing is hard to do, underpricing or overpricing a job is something I worry about! Thats why it is always good to communicate with a potential worker about the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Trying to figure out is what exactly needs to be done first then try to give an unseen quote based on the job and the needs of the new client
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the Infantry we wear many hats thats not in the description of being an Infantryman instead of shooting a rifle and kicking in doors
