- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have multiple installation partners allowing us to offer the top rated exclusive panel and financing offerings from SunPower along with more price sensitive non-SunPower options. Final pricing depends on many factors, from the roof, to trees, to the panels chosen, etc. Your pricing and solutions are customized to you. Our handyman, carpentry and pressure washing services are completed by our local in-house team. This keeps our hands dirty and in the field understanding homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually discuss their needs in a brief phone call then set a time to review potential systems. We can meet in-person appointments or remotely depending on availability and job type. We do offer discounts for fully remote or virtual consultations due to the convenience and travel savings for relevant services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of experience in new home construction, remodeling, and project planning in North Carolina, Florida, and Zimbabwe (Southern Africa). 7 years in the US residential solar industry and 25yrs with solar involvement. Extensive training for system design, sales, energy storage, and site evaluation. Initial solar project involvement was in 1997 in Zimbabwe and we continue to be involved in African development. 5 years pricing and managing exterior installation projects with Lowe's Home Improvement in multiple stores and states. 7 years Business Performance Consulting and Project Management 10 years as an Educator and Trainer
