To be honest, a lot of the work that we do installing cameras, adjusting and installing wireless and wired networks and all general computer installations touches areas of businesses and homes where our experience in knowledge in construction / deconstruction comes in handy. We are very good with those odd jobs such as small electrical tasks, ceiling fans, lighting and other projects. They all tie together and go hand in hand especially since most of the objects and devices that we use in our homes these days are tied into our electronic networks and require internet connectivity to some degree.

Working with Rick was a pleasure. He is kind, professional and very personable. He was fast at responding to my initial contact. I explained to him my computer issue and told him that I had previously met with another computer tech to fix the issue but was unable to fix it. Rick assured me that he was the person for the job. He made me feel at ease and reassured me that it was safe for me to leave my laptop with him. Therefore, I met with him the very same day. The problem I encountered with my laptop was the Blue Screen of Death. And unfortunately, due to this issue, my internal hard drive was damaged. He went above and beyond to try to recover my files from my defective hard drive. He kept me posted on his progress every hour, for several hours, via text messages. Unfortunately, the drive was too damaged to recover my files except for a few. He therefore proceeded to install a brand new hard drive and did a new Windows 10 install. My computer is now working at optimum speed and feels like brand new. I would also like to add that Rick still has my hard drive and is still trying to find a way to access it and possibly recover some files. Rick is extremely knowledgeable in any areas of computer technology and troubleshooting and has the experience it takes to fix any issues you may have with your computer. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if I ever run into computer issues.
