Fred from Damngood Inspection came on time, was well equipped and didn’t waste any time getting to work. He had a plan and was super quick and efficient doing a thorough inspection. I loved that he had a drone so he could get beautiful shots of my roof and home. Fred, thank you for the professionalism, punctuality and super quick inspection. 100% keeping your number for my next home inspection. Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the service. I have done few inspections and by far this is best report I have seen. Detailed inspection report with photographs and videos. Fred also took time to talk to me and educated me about the defects and issues he discovered. All this at a reasonable price point. 👍

Overall I had a very good experience with Fred. There were a lot of things that came back from my inspection that I never thought would be in issue in a new construction. This was some of the best money I have spent in a long time. Very happy customer.
