- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation to see if that is an issue I can help with and if we will be a good fit to work together. Then we will set time and location for the mediation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, i have to stay up to date with the changes in the law as it relates to Human resources. With Conflict resolution, it is always important to train constantly in order to deal with every situation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hold an MBA and a MS in Conflict Analysis and Peace studies. I have work with people for over a decade in the corporate world, i just decided to help others at the personal level doing the same things i did to help large corporation win.
