I can’t say enough great things about this mobile car wash service. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The convenience of having my car professionally cleaned right at my location was already a huge plus, but the level of detail and care they put into the job truly exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and treated my vehicle like it was their own. Every inch of the car looked incredible when they finished—the exterior had a flawless shine, the wheels were spotless, and the interior looked and smelled brand new. They didn’t rush the job and clearly take pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process incredibly easy. I wish more businesses would operate the way Lucas does. He was professional, on time, knowledgeable and it was very obvious took deep pride in the work he did. I hired Lucas to help paint correct a paint job I received from another shop. Lucas estimated this to be a 3-5 hour job but ended up taking 2 full days. After a day and of half of removing swirls and holograms from the clearcoat, when he washed and dried the truck all progress was erased. That’s when we learned the shop had done the clearcoat completely wrong. Just drying it with a microfiber towel made it look like someone took sandpaper to the truck. All of his work for the past day and a half was ruined. Every swirl and hologram he removed was back and maybe even worse than when he started the job. Lucas then spent the next 6 hour’s redoing everything! He expressed this can be fixed, and polished the whole truck again, applied ceramic coating and got the truck looking almost new! Not many other people would do this without once discussing to be paid more money. He cared more about getting this issued fixed for me. He went above and beyond, and did far more than he had to to make sure that I was happy with the results. I thought for sure I was going to have to get the truck repainted but he was confident we could work around it, and that he did. Great guy, will be the only one who details this truck from here on out.
