Tom was very prompt in coming when he said he would, had a very professional manner and a pleasant personality. He completed the job of installing 1/4 rounds in 2 rooms AND he took it upon himself to caulk the outside where he felt I had the problem -- ALL for a very reasonable price !!!! Thanks Tom --- I hope to work with you again soon :-)
