I reached out to True Techs AC because my Nest Thermostat was not working. I'm not familiar with the Nest that came with the house when I bought it. No manuals were left behind from the previous owners and when the battery on the unit wouldn't stay charged, True Techs came out super fast and was quickly able to fix the problem. They also checked my HVAC system and realized that the wires to the Nest were not hooked up correctly. They fixed the issue I originally reached out for and went above and beyond in discovering another issue that they remediated! I will for sure call them if I have any issues in the future.

Angel is awesome. Was the first one to respond and commit to an appointment time over the (hot) weekend. Arrived as expected and started taking a look.

Ours is a fairly old AC unit, but he didn’t jump into the hard sell of getting a new one. Instead, he explained the issue and suggested we charge the system up, all the while knowing this is not a “permanent” fix.

He also gave me a very reasonable quote on a new unit, so if/when we are ready, I will definitely call him to come out and handle that.

Angel to the rescue!! What a great experience working with him. I had a potential disaster on my hands, but thanks to Angel’s timeliness and expertise, fooding of my basement and days without AC were avoided!! I plan to call him for any future AC needs, including routine maintenance calls- which I’ve learned should not be avoided.

Angel was great. He came out to service our AC on the day requested. He was working on the roof so he took videos to show me what was going on with our unit. Very thorough. It needed to be replaced and he scheduled that asap and we were up and running. He is very personable and trustworthy. I will use him again.
