Drew came out to inspect and then fix our broken AC unit. The entire time he was fantastic! He is a great communicator, timely, respectful, professional, reliable, and very honest. His pricing is more than fair and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Drew Brinn Heating & Air just saved us. As we were leaving Niceville to go to California we woke up at 5am to soaked floors from an AC clog. We were panicking about leaving our home for 9 days unattended in case things got worse etc. Drew came to our house to fix it right away. Then he came back a couple days later to check our unit and surrounding floors to make sure everything was good after the repair since we werent home to check. Very good service and very thankful for him!

Drew came when our mini split system quit working and got the system up and running on the same day. But as the system was older and continued to have other problems we elected to have a new system installed.Drew completed a new installation of a mini split unit and we were very impressed with his work.
