Our over all goal is to make sure the equipment is running as efficiently as possible on all of our tune ups we try to get the coils as clean as we possibly can and making sure everything is top notch to do our best to prevent any emergency calls. All of our emergency/service calls are handled with urgency to make sure you are up and running as quickly as possible. We can handle and of your air conditioning or heating needs. AC All Stars was amazing. They came to my house at 9pm to see if they could fix my system, which they did. The owner and operator showed up himself. He was amazing and fair priced. They are not going to sell you things you do not need. They are honest and straight forward even at 10pm when the diagnosis was done and the system fixed. I called them after a bad experience with One Hour telling me I needed parts that did not fix my system while letting my warranty expire in the meanwhile as they tried to rip me off. This company is fair and honest. Amazing experience. Will use them every time for my HVAC needs from here forward.

It's a shame that I'm only able to choose 3 of the 5 items to highlight in Michael's handling of our A/C problems because they (Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality) all apply. We were thrilled to witness a skilled individual who totally understands and delivers high quality customer service. On a Sunday evening he responded within minutes of my online request for service and arranged to arrive the following morning. He called before 7:30 to let us know he'd arrive in NLT an hour and he was here within 45 minutes. He was precise, thorough, efficient, polite, informative, and spot on. A great bang for the buck and we are definitely happy campers!!

Wow what can I say that would be enough to show my gratitude to Michael. He was the only business to return my call (which was super fast). He got my a/c back in no time his prices were ridiculously reasonable and overall he was wonderful. I will only call him from now on. He was kind polite and fast. He was cool and calm and he was very patient with us even though we were crabby and it was a late emergency call. He’s also very very smart about what he does. He also loves what he does which you hardly ever find anymore. I trust him in my home I trust his prices and I recommend everyone I know and love to this fantastic company. It’s HOT in Florida in June, and after being blown off or placed in a low priority by several other companies, AC All Stars came through with the cool breeze for the big win! Even though they didn’t have what I needed to repair my unit, they stopped what they were doing and went across town to get it. They could’ve just ordered it and had us wait a week or two, but they cared about us, not only as customers, but as humans. They made sure we had a working unit before they left today, and as disabled veterans, that is the best thing we could ask for. THAT is the service that is invaluable and rare. Take it from me, because I’m super picky…. AC All Stars truly earned ALL FIVE STARS from me!
