Our over all goal is to make sure the equipment is running as efficiently as possible on all of our tune ups we try to get the coils as clean as we possibly can and making sure everything is top notch to do our best to prevent any emergency calls. It’s HOT in Florida in June, and after being blown off or placed in a low priority by several other companies, AC All Stars came through with the cool breeze for the big win! Even though they didn’t have what I needed to repair my unit, they stopped what they were doing and went across town to get it. They could’ve just ordered it and had us wait a week or two, but they cared about us, not only as customers, but as humans. They made sure we had a working unit before they left today, and as disabled veterans, that is the best thing we could ask for. THAT is the service that is invaluable and rare. Take it from me, because I’m super picky…. AC All Stars truly earned ALL FIVE STARS from me!

The technician showed up on time, he was very polite and wasted no time getting right to work. He clearly detailed the issues he saw, was upfront about what repair was required. He also cleaned up the work area when he was complete. I’ll be using AC Allstar’s for routine maintenance from here on.

After speaking with this professional on the phone, I realized I was able to do this job myself. However, because of his professionalism and the assistance he offered per gratis, I promptly saved Michael as a contact in my phone for future use. He went above and beyond to help me even after realizing I wasn’t going to need him physically on site for this project! The industry needs more contractors like this who honestly want to help people rather than only worrying about padding their pockets! Thanks again Michael!!

And in our defense we charged you the service call because it was your unit being damaged. You asked us to do a full system check up with us where the 199 came from the 89 diag fee is mandatory. After hours of searching I sent several pictures of in the ceiling of where I believe the issue actually occurred. Waited for several more hours for the upstairs guy to show up and sure enough the drain line up stairs was disconnected but you both wanted me to service both units because they have not been done before. No word from either for an issue and now you demand your 199 back on a service you absolutely wanted and to blast a price tag like it was your own when it was split between two different property managers is beyond us we told you we would figure out a way to make you happy by refunding the diagnosis fee because it wasn’t your unit causing your property damage but to ask to refund the system checkup after spending hours trying to resolve the situation we don’t understand at all when you deliberately told us to do it because your unit is about to fall of the stand on the roof be the bottom is completely rusted through. I told you I’d meet up with you in person and you still have yet to respond
