Brittinie is amazing!! I first asked for her services when I headed off to Afghanistan. I knew I wanted to lose some weight but had no idea of how to do it. She took the time to talk to me when I was available all the way on the other side of the world. She worked with the limited options for food that I had and even gave me suggestions on what type of vegan protein to use since I’m lactose intolerant and whey protein destroys my stomach. She gave me plenty of advice and motivated me throughout my transformation. I got to Afghanistan at 253lbs and now I’m sitting at a healthy 190lbs and I feel and look great according to my friends and family. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially, I love getting to know new customers and found out how I can help them reach their goals. I consider myself more of a lifestyle coach than just a personal trainer or nutritionist.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started weight training in high school for basketball conditioning. That's when I fell in love with the gym. As an Air Force veteran, I always loved helping others met their physical fitness requirements.
