- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system. I provide clients with the quote for their photography service requested. I have never went above the quote, but have gone below it from time to time. I do accept credit cards with the use of square, which makes it convenient for clients that do not wish to carry cash around with them. Other payment methods include: cash, money order, and checks. If a check is used, payment has to clear before the final photos are provided to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss what the client expects and what I can do to meet those expectations. After the shoot, I usually provide the client with a copy of their photos (with watermark) via email for inspections/approval. After approval, I remove the watermark and email the client the final photos. I also provide the photos from the shoot on CD or flash drive (client's choice).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning. I have a group of friends with whom I share information on the newest techniques and gadgets. I also study and read a lot of archived information by some of the "legends" in photography.
