Matthew would not give a proper quote when requested more than once. I passed on his service because of his vague/non-existent response to my request. I believe it's extremely important for property managers to be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and unfortunately I did not find it with this particular company. I will consider re-engaging if ever needed.
