Taking care of appliance, fixture, window, and door replacements, as well as finding carpentry and drywall repair, texture and painting interior and exteriors. Whether replacing old outlets or fans, faucets or sinks, resurfacing countertops or replacing cabinets, I have done it all many times.
My preference is to work with those viewing repairs as opportunity to upgrade, not just replace. I am dedicated ro serving those who value quality, timeliness, and professionalism, those who are grateful for craftsmanship and happy to pay for it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$110 covers the 1st 2 hours of work, with additional time prorated in 15 minute increments at $65/hr if and as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a phone call, followed by pictures and text agreements as to time/day, materials, and labor costs. Working to respond within 2 hrs of the work request and to fit the work in, within 48 hrs if at all possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed for HVAC, solar design installation, Permaculture design/build off grid residential homesteading. I have an apprentice electrician'slicense for 6 yrs and and a framing/finish carpenter in mainstream and alternative bamboo construction techniques.
