I am a one stop shop providing residential make-ready-4-sale and residency services to the Austin area. Making your home show ready, whether for hosting parties in newly purchased parties or real estate agent walk through on properties just hitting the market. Taking care of appliance, fixture, window, and door replacements, as well as finding carpentry and drywall repair, texture and painting interior and exteriors. Whether replacing old outlets or fans, faucets or sinks, resurfacing countertops or replacing cabinets, I have done it all many times. My preference is to work with those viewing repairs as opportunity to upgrade, not just replace. I am dedicated ro serving those who value quality, timeliness, and professionalism, those who are grateful for craftsmanship and happy to pay for it.

Responded quick and came on time. However, didn't have the technical experience for the job which was quite routine (replacing sink). Made several trips to the store and still didn't finish the job after many hours. Charged full price but we were stuck with an unfinished job.

$110 covers the 1st 2 hours of work, with additional time prorated in 15 minute increments at $65/hr if and as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a phone call, followed by pictures and text agreements as to time/day, materials, and labor costs. Working to respond within 2 hrs of the work request and to fit the work in, within 48 hrs if at all possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed for HVAC, solar design installation, Permaculture design/build off grid residential homesteading. I have an apprentice electrician'slicense for 6 yrs and and a framing/finish carpenter in mainstream and alternative bamboo construction techniques.
