UPDATE: It is my great pleasure to announce that 911 Cleaning Services, Inc. is now Ohana Cleaning Services of Florida! In addition to a new name, I am also pleased to welcome my new co-owner and partner, Mark Tarrant! Both current and new clients can continue to expect 911's same great customer service, exceptional cleanings, and as always, reasonable rates! We are currently accepting appointments for cleanings in our Florida locations beginning June 4, 2019. I am excited to say that we are already filling our schedule so book now! In some cases we have started working late in the day and work until 10 or 11 at night. We understand that people have jobs and family obligations that do not allow for our services to be performed during regular working hours. Oh yes, we now offer a 10% new customer discount so we give us a try! You won't regret it! We love getting to know our customers and leaving them with an immaculately clean home or office and knowing that they are happy with our services.

Move out cleaning. The actual cleaning was fantastic, but u fortunate that her coworkers had an issue that prevented them from being able to help. Nonetheless Jeanne tackled it on her own and did a fantastic job.

Superb professionals!! I'm still stunned. They came in when I was at work and when I got home I immediately noticed that stuffiness and dust was gone. I could breath much better. Everything was clean. They found stuff I thought I had lost like makeup. My carpets look brand new. Highly recommended. Fits well within my budget as a single Mom and fit me in quickly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We decide our pricing based on square footage, the condition of the home, and any extra services that may be required such as cleaning the interior of ovens and refrigerators, and if there are special cleanings products and/or equipment that we may need to supply that we usually do not keep in our supplies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has accepted our quote we prefer to have a short conversation by either phone, text, or email in order to obtain a more detailed idea of exactly what the customer requires to be done, if there is a preference for particular products, equipment, time limits, etc. Our process also allows us the opportunity to get to know our new customers and that is always a pleasure!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
911 Cleaning Services has been in the business of cleaning homes and offices since 2015 with the founder having 20 years experience having cleaned homes, offices, and banks as well post-construction clean up.
