- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of My prices are Negotiable. I can and will offer discounts for veterans who serve in the armed forces a requested by the client. I may also be so inclined to offer other discounts at different points in the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss my customers needs and visions for their homes and businesses so that I get a good understanding of my customers needs. I will always discuss any of your questions concerns and or constructive criticism on areas and improvements as well as styles needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the hospitality industry my passion is hospitality which does definitely include cleaning serving my clients to the best of my ability, customer service exceptional, and hope to open my own bed and breakfast one day.
