I have an hour a week with Dani, I am 66 and just want to get better. Dani comes to my house and is always on time. Sometimes I wish she forgot to come. Dani is very patient with me and understands my limitations at the moment. I feel very comfortable with her as a trainer. She puts up with my humor and I think she actually enjoys the laughter. I know that I have made the right choice in having Dani train me. I hurt when we train, but after I feel so much better than I have in along time.

I am over 55 with several medical problems including back pain, type 2 diabetes, and I have been told I need a knee replacement. I have been working with Dannie for a couple of months. My back is much better and my knee is much stronger. With her I hope to never go under the knife!

Offering workouts that are challenging, customized to my fitness level and take into account any injuries that require adaptive techniques... she doesn't miss a beat. Worried about getting into a workout rut? Don't be. It's been 6 months at two times a week and I haven't had the same workout twice -- I never get bored and never really know what to expect. Results? Yes! I'm still a work in progress, but the numbers are great so far...everything that's supposed to be less is just that --- pounds, inches, fatigue, excuses. Everything that's supposed to be more is just that as well -- muscle, posture, energy, speed. My tennis buddies can't believe how much more of the court I can cover! It even shocks me to see the difference each week! If you're on the fence about getting a personal trainer, definitely give Danie a call and go through a few workouts. You'll be delighted with just how quickly you'll see results too!

Motivating and creative! I've been working out with Danie Jones for 6 weeks now - and am seeing major results in both my physical appearance and my energy level! I lost 8 pounds already and am optimistic about the remaining 10 lbs I need to shed to reach my goal weight. I'm very grateful that Danie keeps me motivated! She checks in with me regularly to keep me on track and always has something different planned every time we train. I currently am working out with her 2x a week (recommend it for anyone looking to get serious) for overall toning and heart health. A++ and lots of THANKS!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I help my clients lose weight gain muscle and feel good about themselves physically and mentally. I set goals and help them attain those individual goals. I focus on the clients needs whether it be weight loss, sports specific training, increased endurance, increased agility, building muscle toning or getting lean, I am a jack of all trades in this profession.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Hire a personal trainer at least once in your lifetime to know that you are on track with attaining your goals. The peace of mind knowing you are "doing it right" is priceless. Avoid costly mistakes and injuries. A good trainer will teach you all these things and more in a short period of time so that you can achieve your fitness and weight loss goals on your own if you so choose. I can also be that trainer that holds you accountable for as long as you need. I have worked with some clients for 13 years and they thank me every day for showing up and getting them through.
