- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help my clients lose weight gain muscle and feel good about themselves physically and mentally. I set goals and help them attain those individual goals. I focus on the clients needs whether it be weight loss, sports specific training, increased endurance, increased agility, building muscle toning or getting lean, I am a jack of all trades in this profession.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a personal trainer at least once in your lifetime to know that you are on track with attaining your goals. The peace of mind knowing you are "doing it right" is priceless. Avoid costly mistakes and injuries. A good trainer will teach you all these things and more in a short period of time so that you can achieve your fitness and weight loss goals on your own if you so choose. I can also be that trainer that holds you accountable for as long as you need. I have worked with some clients for 13 years and they thank me every day for showing up and getting them through.
