- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We promise upfront same day written estimates. We offer multi service & contractual discounts. There are no exra fees and customers will never be charged more than then they were estimated, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is we like to respond to our customers via email, phone or text and see how we can be of service. Sometimes if needed I will meet eith the customer in person to discuss their needs or isses and take a look at the property/building. Sometimes customers are pressed for time which is completely understandable and we are able to provide quotes via text or email on general services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended seminars and training for the use of exterior cleaning and chemicals. I recieve weekly updates on all new materials and cleaning practices.
