Our fridge is fixed and PQR did a fantastic job! The technician they sent seemed to have a zen-like connection to our KitchenAid. He not only identified and repaired our problem (no water flow from dispenser), but did so quickly and with a keen sense of professionalism/knowledge. He also alerted us to another issue which we will deal with later. He was on-time and gave us a very reasonable price when he was done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We will use them again when the time comes!

I was very impressed with Pro Quality Repair. They were responsive, kind, and very easy to work with. I worked with the to replace my ice maker in my Liebherr freezer and tune up on the Liebherr fridge. They were on time for the most part and did the work quickly. I would work with them again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

They were prompt and extremely pleasant but I decided against repairing my machine as for the same amount plus not much more I can get a new machine. From the reviews most are pretty bad and last 10 years. My previous GE lasted over 30 years. Everything you get now is pretty much junk unless maybe you want something over 800 bucks. Don't want to spend that and those reviews not great.

Wonderful service and great communication all around from beginning to end! Daiyana was very responsive, always keeping me informed at all stages of my appointments and Darwin was extremely professional and efficient with the fix for my washer that wasn't draining. They both were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my repairs.
