Absolutely delighted with the work. Julio was quick to respond, come out at the agreed time, give me a quote and got the job booked in. When he removed the old plaster he advised that there was an ongoing leak coming from upstairs which would need to be fixed before he could replace the ceiling plaster. Great communication and honesty over that issue. He left a temporary solution in place and cleaned up after himself leaving no mess. Once the leak was fixed, we arranged another date and time to attend. Once again, Julio turned up exactly at the agreed time. This time he was able to verify that the leak had been fixed, complete the replastering and then paint the ceiling and walls. He sent some paint samples to my phone to allow me to choose the exact shade of blue I wanted and completed the work to a very high standard. He left no mess at the end. Julio was polite, courteous and meticulous. He did a fantastic job in replacing water-damaged plaster and then painting my bathroom, all in the time and the budget we agreed on. Not only would I recommend him, but I intend to use his services again for any similar work I may need done in the apartment. I cannot recommend Julio highly enough. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Julio and his team at J&A do fantastic work!! They got immediately to work, diligent, quiet, and on time. We are delighted with the final product, which is both gorgeous and meticulous. I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. Very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. And outstanding work ! What else could you ask for? Highly recommend!
