- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide affordable price for all our customers, we love what we do, so we can always negotiate a fair price for the service you need without compromising the quality of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we meet with them or we have a phone call with them before the event, to make sure we understand all his requirements, also to break the ice, we don't want to be seen just as the photographers we want to be seen as part of the event. By the day of the event, we have all the information is needed it and the customer won't need to be worried about us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Takes photos was the only hobby I had since I was 15 years old, I have been working on weddings, events and birthday just for fun and because I love to take pictures. I pass several courses with the best photographers in Cuba and updating my knowledge every day with youtube videos and blogs.
