We stage homes for sale or rent.. including realtors listings, Model homes, short term rentals, etc...
On the other hand, we also sell all of our furniture, and with our access to a wide network of vendors (at very advantageous prices as we are part of a national network) and our warehouse, we are able to furnish homes quickly, and more affordably than big box stores and online retailers. This applies to any property or development where we can partner to offer full packages of furniture, decor and accessories, as well as smaller needs and projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Staging, our base package starts at $3,500
We also have a Love Your Space design consultation for free, and we can submit mood boards for a fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new client, the first step is a walk-through of the home—either in person or virtually—so we can get a feel for the space and what it needs to really shine. We’ll talk about your goals, timeline, and what kind of buyers you’re hoping to attract.
From there, we put together a staging plan that includes furniture along with any accessories, faux plants and wall art needed to complete the look. Once you approve the plan, we handle everything—from delivery and setup to the final styling touches.
Our job is to make the home look its absolute best so it stands out on the market and helps you get top dollar, fast.
