- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Although I teach traditional free weights and gym equipment training as is offered by most trainers...I also incorporate elastic tubing resistance training. Unlike free weights and body- weight exercises...elastic tubing has a resistance and continuous tension that becomes much more difficult at the optimal point! Elastic tubing provides the flexibility to work around injuries, joint pains and limitations. By involving elastic tubing exercises you will engage stabilizing and assistant muscle groups as well as your core! With all said above...I vary every workout to prevent adaptation and stagnant outcomes. You will feel and see the difference in a much shorter time frame!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In Life it's all about Balance~ Be aware of the trainers "Balance" on Fitness and Nutrition is it practical to your lifestyle ~ Not only in schooling and certifications but looking fit!(walk the walk) In addition practical on hands experience is very important as well!!! Always...request a "free"sample workout because every trainer has certain styles and concepts on training! So on final note observe and sense is the Trainer passionate and knowledgeable in what they do and share~ This is a good way to make informed decision on what's best for you!
