Introduction: Myself being 58 years young~ I have accumulated 40 years of experience with fitness and nutrition, in addition to over 25 years teaching as a professional trainer. I provide unique and creative exercises along with proper nutrition that create change by building lean muscle, burn fat and prevent adaptation within your body's potential! For those who wish not only strength and appearance, but also flexibility to prevent injury ~ I design a program to provide both short term and long term lasting results. Too often clients come to me with good muscle development but lacking stamina necessary for intensity sports and activities. Neglect concern with flexibility often results in injury. That's why I teach not only strength training and muscle development but also stretching exercises and nutrition to assure well rounded fitness. Whether you are young and wishing a more attractive physique, mid-life and wanting more strength and endurance or older and wanting the strength, stamina and flexibility to fully enjoy your retirement years ~ I have the knowledge and experience to assist you. Unlike free weights and body- weight exercises...elastic tubing has a resistance and continuous tension that becomes much more difficult at the optimal point! Elastic tubing provides the flexibility to work around injuries, joint pains and limitations. By involving elastic tubing exercises you will engage stabilizing and assistant muscle groups as well as your core! With all said above...I vary every workout to prevent adaptation and stagnant outcomes. You will feel and see the difference in a much shorter time frame!

He's an innovative trainer with a passion for proper method and safety. He keeps me entertained and focused during our sessions. Whether it's in a gym, a park, or on the beach he's all about keeping the workouts fresh and unusual. Recognizing me as a student with little initiative to exercise, he assured me that with some early effort I would soon see dramatic results and consequently my self confidence and enthusiasm for regular exercise would improve. And, he was right! Two months into his program I have lost weight, increased stamina, enlarged and defined my muscles, and developed a devotion for regular exercise and fitness training. Don Aubrey was a trainer at the gym where I worked out called Club Fit in Cooper City Fl. He was a man who took his training seriously and I highly recommend him to several of my friends because I saw the results in all the clients he trained. There were times when he didnt have a client and he would come over and help me with my workouts!!! He is a very kind and very professional guy with a great personality!!!

I trained with Don for 2 years before moving away. Very motivated, wants his clients to see results. I got my money's worth with Don. Really saw the results and he helped me with nutrition. Great guy, Great TRAINER!! The BEST!!

Im a 59yo female and have been training all my life. However. I had to switch it to safer workouts due to the fact , that as im aging my body responds different. Don has made a huge change in my fitness curriculum with quick results. Ive been trianing with him for the last 2 years & Ive been able to gain muscle mass & better shape. Most importantly, hw makes you feel like you can achieve that goal all while having fun. Great trainer, great motivator!

I met Don from a friend that he trained. First thing Don asked if I had any injuries and I told him my knees where not great. Don created a program that worked around my injuries and I was so happy that I can train without worrying that I would get hurt. Don has helped me change my body and increase my energy. I'm super happy with his training style and his knowledge and patience. He is a fantastic trainer. Michael B

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    In Life it's all about Balance~ Be aware of the trainers "Balance" on Fitness and Nutrition is it practical to your lifestyle ~ Not only in schooling and certifications but looking fit!(walk the walk) In addition practical on hands experience is very important as well!!! Always...request a "free"sample workout because every trainer has certain styles and concepts on training! So on final note observe and sense is the Trainer passionate and knowledgeable in what they do and share~ This is a good way to make informed decision on what's best for you!
