I understand my position as a Personal Chef and my goal is to prepare my menus to suit my customers personal tastes. When I am hired by a Client for Cooking Lessons I am both patient and understanding at all times. I enjoy a one on one relationship with my customers. Their happiness is the most important aspect of my position. It is important to me that I can obtain their desires first hand. While teaching my Students Cooking Lessons I am trilled to see them advance and gain confidence.

Chef Lou was Awesome! This was a surprise for my Wife's 40th birthday. Chef Lou stayed in touch before the dinner and arrived early to prepared a wonderful gourmet meal for my wife and I. We have two young children so hard for us to ever get time to go for a romantic dinner. Chef Lou prepared as took care of the kids and got them to bed. Then he served us a candlelight wonderful multi course mean that was just perfect! We would do this again and would ask Chef Lou back again for sure! Thanks Chef Lou! You made it a great evening!

Chef Lout was great! He made our group of 8 a wonderful cinco de mayo feast. I t was awesome to be able to eat at our rental house and not worry about standing in line at a mexican resturant!!!

We hosted a very small dinner party in a small space with limited cooking utensils and equipment- Chef Lou came to the rescue and provided a beautifully presented and delicious meal, unobtrusively and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found him on short notice. Chef was also extremely considerate about all of our food idiosyncrasies. We were so impressed!!

Chef Lou came to our home to prepare a meal for our Mom's 80th birthday. We had a lovely time. He was friendly, kind and absolutely so easy to work with. The food was excellent and plentiful. My Mom said she loved the special evening with her family and Chef Lou's delicious meal. We would definitely hire him again. Thank you Chef!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated -It is fair- I let the customers pay for the ingredients separately - Then pay for my labor and time. When Catering an event I price according to the menu at a Per Guest Price. My Teaching Service is priced Per Person Per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning their favorite dishes and cuisines.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I also completed an Apprenticeship at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City. I have been working in the Food Service Industry for many years gaining all my experience. I am now also an avid reader of cookbooks and watch TV and Websites that pertain to current food trends.
