FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first visit is a $100 posture and movement assessment. If you decide to continue with a training package, the $100 is credited toward your first package. Ongoing training is available in private and semi-private formats, with pricing based on the frequency and type of training that best fits your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an assessment of your posture, body composition, and movement mechanics, along with your training history, goals, and any recurring limitations. From there, I identify the areas we should prioritize and build a personalized training plan around them. As you improve, we progressively adjust the exercises and periodically reassess your movement so the program continues evolving with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified Human Biomechanics Specialist. I'm also a former Division I and professional basketball player, which gives me firsthand experience with the physical demands of high-level athletic performance and the importance of efficient movement mechanics for staying out of pain, recovery, and overall health.
